Yobiau Hoshi no Gagayaki! Haruka tachi Sansen
The glitter of the stars that call each other! Haruka and Michiru join in the battle

Small summary:

The Inners, all in a phone booth one next to the other, start this episode with calling the same number over and over again, more frantically each time. But it seems that it's no use, as all they get is a busy signal - until Minako manages to get through, only to learn that all tickets for the Fantastic International Music Festival are sold out though.

You've guessed it; it's time for the Threelights and Michiru to do a joint concert at said festival. Nice as she is, Michiru provides the girls with tickets, making the Inners into very happy people. Very excited, the girls meet near the festival-hall on the evening of the concert; all except for Usagi as she has gotten on the wrong bus and has ended up in nowhere. ^_^;;

During the concert, Michiru feels the Threelights message just as the trio feel her planetary power in her music, making them both wonder who the other really is. Seiya and Michiru ask each other that question after the concert, as Seiya's come to Michiru's dressing room.

Michiru: I wonder who you really are..
Seiya: I want to find out more about you.
Michiru: Then, would you please help me change?

Just then, Haruka and Usagi (who only arrived after the concert was over) come into Michiru's dressing room. No wonder Seiya and Haruka never get along, with that first impression. Seiya then leaves, Usagi soon catching up with him. They talk, but Usagi (who's walking backwards) falls and lands on top of another person: Garayan-san. He says he's alright (even though Usagi landed on his head) and leaves the two, but Usagi goes after him, saying that she's worried.

It seems that she has some good intuition, as Iron Mouse has decided that Garayan-san is to be her next target. But, surprise surprise, it's a blank starseed again, and Garayan turns into Sailor Conductor. The Starlights help Sailor Moon during her fight with the phage, making Sailor Moon ask them if they can fight together from now on after the fight. Fighter and Moon are about to shake hands, but Uranus and Neptune interrupt them (not very tactfully with a World Shaking attack). They don't allow Sailor Moon to become allies with the Starlights, as they are foreigners to this galaxy and their mission is to protect the Sol System from such.

Seiya and Usagi moments:

When Haruka and Usagi enter Michiru's dressing room, Usagi is surprised to see Seiya nearly unzipping Michiru and Seiya is surprised to see Usagi with a "nice guy". After being told to leave by Haruka, Seiya tells Usagi to come by their dressing room later on. After Seiya has left, Haruka grumbles angrily that Michiru shouldn't let people like that into her dressing room, but Usagi stands up for Seiya by saying: "Haruka-san, he might seem a little rude, but he's a nice person. Please forgive him."

After leaving Michiru's dressing room as well, she meets Seiya once more, and Seiya asks her is she's finished talking with the good-looking guy from before, to which Usagi angrily that Haruka is in fact a woman. She then asks Seiya what he was going to with Michiru, making Seiya blushingly reply "Nothing". Usagi adds that she didn't think that Michiru would actually want anything from a kid like him, making Seiya tell her that that's kind of cold of her to say. ^_^;

Seiya then asks Usagi from where she knows the two. Usagi turns around to face him (but continues walking, making her walk backwards now), replying that Haruka and Michiru are important to her. Seiya smiles, and mutters "The mysterious aura around you grows larger and larger." Walking backwards she doesn't notice the stairs she's approaching and promptly loses her balance, landing on Garayan-san as she falls. Garayan-san then - after he and Usagi have picked themselves up from the floor - asks Seiya whether the young lady is Seiya's girlfriend, to which he replies, "Yes, that kind of thing," making Usagi grumble and protest. ^__^;;

Later on, after Garayan-san's star seed has proven to be another blank and he has turned into Sailor Conductor, the Starlights help Sailor Moon out; after having turned Garayan-san back into his human form, she thanks the Starlights for helping her out very much, and says that she believes that they can continue fighting together. Sailor Moon and Sailor Star Fighter are about to shake hands, but Uranus interrupts them, and practically forbids Sailor Moon to ally with the Starlights.

After the fight Usagi is found staring at the night-sky by Seiya. She sadly asks him if people can't make friends with others who came all the way from far away, a distant and unknown place. Seiya looks a bit surprised hearing such a question from her. He says that he is also from a far-away city she's never heard of either, and yet he considers himself to be her friend. Usagi breaks into a smile once more, agreeing that he is right, saying that she now feels relieved.

Anything else?

Usagi calls Garayan-san "gara pan" - which is just hilarious! Why, you may ask? Well because it means colourful underwear translated. ^___^ Sheesh, Usagi ...
