Gakuen ni Fuku Arashi! Tenkousei ha Idol
A Storm at School! Transfer Students are Idols

Small summary:

Having no club-activities after school like her friends, Usagi leaves school on her own and promptly bumps into Seiya, who angers her by calling her Odango once more. And it doesn'take long for Seiya and Usagi to meet again. The following day Minako surprises her friends with being in school early for once; the reason? Why, the Threelights of course! Having decided to attend school, the Threelights are transferring to Juuban High School, and are even in the same class Ami, Makoto, Minako and Usagi are in.

Seiya then loses no time to please his fangirls with showing off his athletic abilities in the various sports clubs the school has to offer. But even Seiya has to accept that he isn't unbeatable as the captain of the footbal-team, Kayama Juji, brings him to the ground by tackling him harshly. Usagi yells at Kayama for tackling someone inexperienced who isn't wearing any protection, and is therefore only the more surprised when the two men shake hands and Seiya is invited to join the football-team.

Enter Iron Mouse, who has decided that Kayama is to be her next target. She introduces herself as Nezu in her Chicago-style pinstriped suit, admiring his muscles all the time (^___^). But as his starseed is a blank, she leaves Sailor Moon to fight Sailor Guts, a - ahem - rather strange phage, that chases the senshi with stinking balls of sweat and guts (eww).

Seiya and Usagi moments:

Early in the episode, Usagi isn't looking where she's going and neither is Seiya as he rounds a corner, making the two run into each other literally. A small argument ensues, Usagi saying Seiya is rude and that it was his fault she fell, making Seiya wonder about Usagi.

Seiya: Ordinary girls get happy when they bump into me.
Usagi: Why?
Seiya: Because I'm cool. (heehee ^_____^)

As he walks off Seiya pats one of her Odangos, and Usagi grumbles, "How terrible. He's just a bit good looking" (making Luna add that Seiya does indeed look pretty good! lol).

Later when the three join school, they are introduced in front of the classroom; upon seeing Usagi, Seiya winks at her, making her turn her head away from him. Seating himself behind her, he whisperes with her during class, asking her if she will show him around school and show him some school clubs. Usagi grumbles and says she will not, but Minako practically forces her to agree.

Showing Seiya around, the girls are soon watching him show off his manliness (wink) while playing first basketball and later football. After being tackled by Kayama Juji, Usagi runs to Seiya's side, and starts yelling with the football team captain out of concern for Seiya.

Anything else?

I like Usagi's dream club a lot! ^_^ To quote Usagi,

Well, let's see ... Only if it is super-fun ... where I can sing and dance and where I can eat snacks .. where there are a super number of super cool boys ... and where I can go to America!

But Sailor Guts on the other hand is just ... stupid. >< Funny, yes, but stupid. I know, all of the daily enemies the senshi ever had to fight are pretty ridiculous, but Sailor Guts is just ... too much, I guess. ^_^;;;
