Face the New Year! + January 8, 2008

   If I could put my hands around the neck of Keiko's management team leader I swear I'd strangle him (or her). I swear. You simply can't tell me that after SUCH a successful year in 2007, there's nothing to look forward to except for an extension of the Actress Make-up book, and one magazine appearance. You can't tell me that. So unless she's studying abroad in New York or something (New York because then I'd have a chance of meeting her, lol) or is currently filming for three different movies at once, there is NO reason why, a week in the new year, we the  fans have no idea what Keiko is starting this year off with. As a matter of fact, we should've known the beginning of Keiko's 2008 schedule---the earliest---at the end of November! 

   Anyway, according to the latest Stardust update, Keiko's face is being used to promote a make-up and hair session conducted by two stylist from ZACC and kind who worked on the Stardust talents for the Actress Make-Up photo book. Yes, that means these men had their hands on Keiko's hair and face. Lol, anyway, on January 26 the lucky Stardust fans of Japan get to attend the "MAKE SESSION & CUT SHOW." There is no word on whether or not Keiko will attend the event, but as the cover girl her face is bound to be plastered all over the place in promotion for the event. Keiko is due for an interview with Stardust Beauty (no word on when that will be released) and as soon as it's available on Stardust, I'll translate it and stick it up here.

   In other news, COFFRET D'OR happily begins its 2008 campaign starting with Kou Shibasaki and Erika Sawajiri. Hopefully Keiko and the rest of her costars will follow soon after. DoCoMo 2.0 is aggressive as ever as more of their promotions can be see all over the country! Keiko's name is starting to be mentioned a lot more when press releases want to talk about rising stars, and Stardust celebrities. Toast to Keiko's growing career!
