Below are important things to keep in mind while you're visiting IKK. Right now, it just has things concerning Staff Member positions but if problems start to arise that needs the attention of all visitors to this site, you can find what I have to say about it here. ^_^

Staff Members Needed!

Basic Rules for ALL Members + Sig Set Creator (or separate for avatars and banners)
Wallpaper Creator + Downloads Monitor + Magazine Scanner
Translator

  Basic Rules for ALL Members

1.) Of course these duties can overlap so if you're a translator (for example), you can also submit avatars and banners and such.

2.) If you think you can qualify and have sufficient amount of time for any of these positions, please e-mail me ASAP and like wise with questions, comments, or suggestions concerning these positions. DO NOT sign up for a position and bail out later, PLEASE!

3.) You must let me know your schedule and what you want to do as well as 3 sample pieces of your work, THEN, I will finalize your position. When I do, send me a mini bio (modeled after the one featured in the contact section of this site and don't be shocked when I send you to work right away. ^_^

4.) You NEED to be able to answer your e-mail almost everyday. Surprised? Don't be, I can send you stuff at the drop of a hat because I'm cool like that. =) Let me know when you're going away for vacations of things of that sort whenever you can so I don't keep sending you stuff.

5.) There WILL be deadlines, because I update regularly on a specific schedule of 2 week in-between each update, I'll need some things done on a given day. If for some reason you wont be able to submit your work, you have to be able to let me know two days in advance so that I'm not sitting around expecting something from you.

6.) You don't have to be familiar with website building just send me you stuff according to have I have them asked for depending on your position

7.) E-mails don't necessarily have to be about IKK, you can e-mail me about anything! ^_^

8.) Please refrain from using anything eye-brow raising in your work so we can refrain from offending people.

Sig Set Creator

Bottom Line? Submit five sets or more per update in a zipped compressed folder via e-mail. If you opt to do avatars only, submit 8 (or more) per update. This goes for banner only people as well.

     You should have some sort of talent in this area. If you know your work is not all that great (like you haven't quite figured out how to blend images, ect, ect) then this job probably isn't for you. ^_^ If you aren't sure of your talent, feel free to send me sample of your work anyway and let me decide. ^_^

   Prepare to feel privileged! Lol, I'll also be sending you links to download Israel's scans before I update (links that you MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE TO OTHERS) so you can make graphics! ^_^

Wallpaper Creator

Bottom Line? Submit five wallpapers or more per update in a zipped compressed folder via e-mail.

     You should have some sort of talent in this area. Downloads Monitor (taken)

Bottom Line? Send me links (preferably via MegaUpload) with information about the media, including how large it is and where you got it from. I may ask you for certain clips or you can send me some of your own.

     You MUST monitor the links. If they expire, resend me the links (specifically stating which ones they belong to) so people can download them without trouble ASAP. Just to keep everyone happy campers! ^_^

Magazine Scanner (taken)

 Bottom Line? Send me the scans in a zipped compressed folder via e-mail with the pictures labeled according to month date and year. For example, the first picture of the March 1st issue of ST would be labeled 3 1 06 1 and any smaller pictures featured on that page 3 1 06a. Why? Because this makes it easier for me to find the pictures when I need to upload them on to the site. My computer automatically organized according to number and alphabet order. ^_^

    Deadlines are difficult to meet in this case which is understandable due to when a magazine is received in the mail, blah, blah, blah. This position has the lucky deadline flexibility. You should have some sort of knowledge of scanning, cleaning, and cropping pictures properly. Magazine wise, this could be ST or any other magazine you can get your hands on featuring Keiko. Since this all costs money, you really aren't needed to order magazines out side of ST but if you can, that would be great.

Translator

Bottom Line? This position is in HIGH demand. If you can translate pretty well from Japanese to English please oh please take the time out to help IKK.

    All submissions are to be labeled clearly and sent in a zipped compressed folder via e-mail. This position also has deadline flexibility. I may give you stuff to translate or you can translate whatever you can find on your own.
